Scott Hausberg
President of the Calgary Branch and National Treasurer, Scott joined HMCS Tecumseh in 1981 and obtained his bridge watchkeeping ticket in 1985. In 1986, he joined the Regular Force as a Logistics officer.
He served at CFBs Halifax and Esquimalt, MARPACHQ, NDHQ, CFC Toronto and HMC ships Saskatchewan and Protecteur before retiring as a Commander in 2006. From 2006 to 2022, he worked with Shell, WestJet, TransAlta, Gallagher Benefits and the City of Calgary.
In addition to his NAC affiliation, he is president of the Naval Museum of Alberta Society, a director with the Calgary Naval Veterans Association, and editor of the Navy Calgary Newsletter.
