Bruce Belliveau

Fully retired after serving as CEO of Commissionaires Nova Scotia 2013-2018. Prior to that he served in the Royal Canadian Navy having completed a service career of 32 years.

An experienced and versatile senior leader who has commanded ships, squadrons and the Canadian Atlantic Fleet as well as held senior appointments in Canada and abroad in three North Atlantic Treaty Organization Headquarters.  Leadership and relationship building are hallmarks of extensive experience in maritime security and defence, which includes inter-governmental and multi-national settings with military, government, non-government and industry officials. Recognized for change management skills with a proven record in leading disparate groups through the demanding transformational process.
